OGC recently acquired a pickleball set for up to four players at a time and is offering it for use by members at the Club. Pickleball is a cross between tennis, badminton, and table tennis and can be played on half of a tennis court. It is one of fastest growing sports in the country. Starting Tuesday, June 29, adult members with a tennis court reservation can check out the pickle ball set from the guard at the front gate and play on one of the OGC tennis courts (see above for instructions on reserving a court through the Kourts app). This can be a great family activity!

On Monday, June 28 and Monday, July 12 at 6 -8 pm, we will be offering introduction to the rules of pickleball and a chance for adult members to try out this social sport. Why not bring along your favorite beverage to enjoy (no glass please) as we rotate in and out of play and learn the basics of the game?

If you’d like to be included on the list for pickle ball events, please send an email to
