Reservation Instructions

1. ​Send an email to jrm.ogc@gmail.com with the subject "Barn Reservation Request”. Include the date and time (2 hour time slot) that you would like to reserve. 

2. A member of our communications team will contact you and present you with a contract

3. Sign and return the contract

4. Payments are made on Member Splash web site​​       

        I.   Login to the site
        II.  Under the “Payments” menu select “Make a Payment”
        III. Check “Barn Rental” and click “Next”
        IV.  Fill out payment information and click “Submit Order”

Barn Rental Rules

• Barn rentals are for 2 hours, plus a half hour before and after for set up and clean up

• Cost is $100 and includes 3 guest passes.

• Additional passes can be purchased on the website for $7.50 per pass

• Maximum of 25 people

• There are no reservations Friday nights (6pm - close) during swim/dive season (generally early June to late July)
